It really seems like the guys at MS released that project and then forgot about it.<BR/><BR/>I find DPack for VS to be a great free alternative to Resharper. It's definitely not as feature-full but if all you're looking for is to add in some of the basic functionality that should have been provided by MS but wasn't (think locating a code file in your solution by type name) then it really fills the gap.
